"Tumors arising from the renal pelvis are of urothelial origin
and may have transitional cell, squamous cell, or mixed histology
(178). Primary tumors are often locally advanced, with invasion
of the renal parenchyma, and their metastatic potential is higher
than for RCC tumors of similar size. Adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy
should be considered for patients receiving nephroureterectomy,
