Dr. Bristow is a pioneer in the development and use of beta-adrenergic blocking agents for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
This lecture looks at pharmacogenetic targeting of cardiovascular drugs as a treatment option in heart failure, using as its premise altered gene expression as a leading cause of heart failure.
